THE CABIN

Quebrada Seca was built and designed by local craftsmen using the best raw materials found in the region. It features native Capa Prieto wood that provides a rustic feel and a cozy environment throughout the entire property.

It has four spacious rooms, two bathrooms and an open-concept living area that seamlessly flows between the rustic kitchen, the dining room and living area.

The outdoors

We call the outdoor BBQ area “El Fogón”. Here you will find three separate grill sections, a kitchen sink and a counter space for food prepping. Next to this area there is a covered patio where you can have your meals or just relax and enjoy the views (which are priceless).

And to make this experience complete, there is a large wood fire pit area perfect to gather with your loved ones and a gazebo from where you will have the best views of the property and be able to see as far as Dorado on a clear day.

Ricardo’s property is absolutely magical. The house smells like fresh cut wood, the beds and temperature to sleep are very comfortable, and the views are unreal. Sitting by the fire and cooking on the outdoor grill were some of the highlights. Puerto Rico is so much more than resorts and beaches and Ricardo’s place is the perfect example of that. There is tons of nature to see in the area as well as good restaurants. For those looking for adventure / meditative experience, this is the place. Highly highly recommend. Also, Ricardo was very generous with his communication and time. You can tell that he takes so much care and puts so much thought in the details. Our group of twelve left very happy and grateful for the experience. Thanks again Ricardo!

It is just a magical place! You get the whole cabin experience, even with the cold weather in PR!!!! Ricardo is an excellent host and will make sure that you have the best stay ever. If you are into adventures, there is also a trail in the property…super exciting for both the kids and grownups. Definitely will be coming back

This is a paradise on Earth. Our host is the best we have ever had. Ricardo was so nice and treated us as his truly friends. There are no words to describe our experience there. We’re a group of seven people and all of us(without any exception) fell in love with this place and Ricardo’s personality. We hope to come back soon. La cabaña de Ricardo es excelente si te quieres desconectar de la vida ajetreada de la ciudad. La casa es grande y acomoda fácilmente a grupos grandes. Yo y mi familia (14 personas en total de todas las edades) pasamos un fin de semana espectacular. Lo recomiendo grandemente para aquellas personas que deseen pasar tiempo de calidad (sin tv u otras distracciones) con los suyos. No menos importante: Ricardo es un excelente host, muy amigable y servicial.

Con sol o lluvia es muy bonito el lugar, tiene una vista espectacular y sobre todo si buscas desconectarte de la ciudad, aquí lo conseguirás. ¡¡Hasta una estrella fugaz pudimos ver!! ¡Gracias por permitirnos vivir esta experiencia!

This property is amazing, it is perfect to relax and appreciate nature. The view from the property is spectacular. First floor is an open concept which allows you a lot of space to gather with your family, or for kids to run around and play. The rooms are excellent also with plenty of space . Surprisingly cellphone coverage is perfect. If you want to disconnect and recharge your life this is the place to go. Ricardo is a great host.

Ricardo desde antes de llegar fue muy atento y amable con nosotros. Cuando llegamos el sitio es espectacular para pasar tiempo fuera de la ciudad y relajamiento total. Una total joya de lugar, altamente recomendado para personas que quieren ir en familia a despejarse de las rutinas y la ciudad en la naturaleza. Una casa muy grande y espaciosa. Muy agradecido con Ricardo, definitivamente volveremos.
